TER-SOL™

Why TER-SOL™?

A system that converts sunlight to energy (photovoltaic).

TER-SOL™

This isn’t a new technology, in fact the photovoltaic effect was first discovered in 1839 by Alexandre Edmond Becquerel, but it wasn’t until 1954 that Bell Labs announced the invention of the first practical solar cell quoting “limitless energy of the sun”, however these had an efficiency of just 6% . Fast forward to the 21st century and solar is the most efficient it has ever been and is widely being deployed.

TER-SOL™ reliably supplies buildings with free power generated by sunlight – and you, as the owner, attractive reduction in your energy bills. Year on year!

Power generation in the UK is changing rapidly and we are facing huge challenges. TER-SOL™ is a renewable energy along with wind, hyrdo, bioenergy and geothermal. However, as with TER-GEN™, energy generated by TER-SOL™ is generated locally, making it highly efficient and an important contribution to a stable energy supply, as energy isn’t lost/wasted during transit. TER-SOL™ deployment is expected to rise significantly in the coming years.

Efficient

The TER-SOL™ utilises the latest solar equipment available and by doing so provides the very best efficiencies and product longevity, they are also much better for the environment and your pocket!

Reliable

The international energy agency (IEA) projects that solar power could generate 22% of the world’s electricity by 2050. Although UK sunlight volume is seasonal and can vary with the weather, solar generation is calculated from a dataset of historic annual sunlight figures. An algorithm is utilised to calculate predicted sunlight volume, by day and area in-line with UK guidance.

Independent

Electricity costs have consistently risen over the past decades are forecasted to continue in the same vein. Investing in on-site power generation such as TER-SOL™ is a quick, financially sound way of protecting your organisation against rising energy costs.

Sustainable

Utilising free generated power on site is the perfect solution compared against traditionally generated power which is only 64% efficient. A TER-SOL™ solar system does not emit any carbon emissions so CO2 can drop by up to 80% when you switch to TER-SOL™.

Solar PV Installations

Solar photovoltaic (PV) technology is at the heart of our clean energy solutions. It allows us to harness the sun’s abundant and free energy to generate electricity, which is a key component of our mission to move towards a more sustainable energy future. At The Energy Revolution, we design
and install solar PV systems tailored to the specific needs of each client, whether it’s for residential, commercial, or industrial use.

What makes our approach unique is the customized planning we bring to every project. We analyse the location, energy consumption patterns, and future growth potential of your site to design an optimal solar system. This ensures you maximize energy generation, reduce dependence on the grid, and minimize energy costs over time.

Our systems are built with high-quality, durable solar panels that offer excellent efficiency and long-term performance. Once installed, the PV system works silently and autonomously, converting sunlight into electricity for immediate use or storage in battery systems for later consumption. Any excess electricity can be fed back into the grid, which can further reduce your costs through net metering or other grid-tied incentives.

At The Energy Revolution, we're not just investing in a renewable energy source—we’re taking control of our energy future. Solar power offers long-term energy security, protection against rising utility rates, and, of course, a substantial reduction in our carbon footprint. It’s an ideal solution for us, looking to become more energy-independent while contributing to a greener planet.

We handle everything from the initial consultation and design to the installation and maintenance, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
